Download the Hum mobile app.
Everything you need to get started is in the Hum app. We’ll walk you through the activation process. Go to the App Store or Google Play™ to download the Hum App.

Sign in to your Hum Verizon account.
Tap “Get Started” and enter the same email address you used when you purchased Hum. A few things to consider before moving forward:

Install your Hum device & take a drive.
Follow the step-by-step instructions from the Hum app. With your vehicle turned off, plug the OBD Reader into the OBD-II port. Start your vehicle and take a few trips. Hum will completely sync your vehicle data. A couple more pointers:
